1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related koi200 policies:

• "Platform" means the koi200 website accessible at https://koi200.cam, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized interfaces, and any applications provided by the Company.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by a User upon completing the koi200 registration process.
• "User" / "Player" means any individual who has registered and been approved for an Account on the koi200 Platform.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, wagering, entertainment, and related ancillary services made available through the Platform, including but not limited to slots, live casino, sports betting, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery game), and other games of chance.
• "Funds" means the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) balance held in a User's Account, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and credited bonuses.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by the Company under specific bonus offers, subject to wagering requirements and separate bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required of all Users before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total betting turnover a User must achieve before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "30x" means 30 times the bonus amount).
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator — the certified software technology that determines game outcomes in a provably random and impartial manner.
• "WIB" means Waktu Indonesia Barat (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7), the default timezone used for all time-sensitive matters on this Platform.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the koi200 Platform and Services is subject to the following eligibility criteria, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of Account membership:

• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity — and must be at least 21 years of age. We strictly enforce this age limit to comply with international responsible gaming standards.
• You must be a lawful resident of the Republic of Indonesia and not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be of sound mind and legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of koi200 or any affiliated company.
• You must not be listed on any government-issued self-exclusion register, gambling prohibition order, or equivalent restriction applicable to online gaming.
• You must access the Platform and Services solely for personal, recreational entertainment purposes and not for commercial gain, arbitrage, or professional gambling operations.

3. Account Registration

To access the Services, you must create an Account by completing the registration form accurately and in full. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing Account management:

3.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK as stated on your KTP), valid email address, and active Indonesian mobile phone number.
• Each individual is strictly permitted to hold one Account only. Opening multiple Accounts — including under different email addresses, phone numbers, or names — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and confiscation of all Funds therein.
• Account credentials (username and password) are personal and confidential. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your Account.
• You must notify koi200 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account by contacting us at [email protected].

3.2 Account Accuracy & Updates

You are obligated to keep your Account information current and accurate at all times. Any change to your registered details — including name, address, phone number, or bank account — must be reported to koi200 customer support within 7 calendar days of the change occurring. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may result in delayed withdrawals, suspended Services, or Account closure.

3.3 Account Suspension & Right of Refusal

koi200 reserves the unilateral right to refuse any application for Account registration, to suspend any existing Account, or to terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that a User has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Users.

4. KYC Verification

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory for all Users and is required before any withdrawal request is processed. KYC verification may also be requested at any time for risk management, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance purposes.

• Identity Document: A clear, legible photograph or scan of your valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional), showing your full name, national identity number (NIK), date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three (3) months, clearly showing your full name and registered address matching your Account details.
• Selfie Verification: A clear, unedited selfie photograph of you holding your KTP and a handwritten note displaying your Account username and the current date.
• Payment Method Verification: Where requested, you may be required to provide evidence of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and/or withdrawals.
• Processing Time: Standard KYC review is completed within 1–24 hours of document submission during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 09:00–21:00 WIB). Complex cases may require up to 72 hours.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of request will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, where legally required, may result in Account closure. All KYC documents submitted to koi200 are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

koi200 accepts deposits via all major Indonesian banks and e-wallets, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction unless otherwise specified under a specific promotional offer.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.
• Deposits are credited to your koi200 Account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. Standard processing time is under 5 minutes for most payment methods.
• koi200 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction charges for which koi200 accepts no liability.
• koi200 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds for any transaction that triggers internal anti-money-laundering thresholds.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any active wagering requirement obligation. The following conditions govern all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction. The maximum single-transaction withdrawal limit varies by Account tier and will be communicated to the Player upon request.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes for standard requests from fully verified Accounts. Requests submitted outside of banking hours for certain bank transfer methods may be queued for the next available processing window.
• koi200 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, inconsistent with typical Account activity, or that trigger automated fraud-detection alerts. Such reviews may extend processing time up to 5 business days.
• Any withdrawal request made while a bonus wagering requirement is active will be declined until the wagering requirement is fully met, or unless the Player elects to forfeit the remaining bonus balance in writing.
• Withdrawals will be processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) only. koi200 does not process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

koi200 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific conditions stated within the individual promotion:

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible Players once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate Accounts or alternative payment methods constitutes fraud.
• Bonus Funds are added to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to the specified wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds.
• The standard wagering multiplier for koi200 bonuses is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount, unless a different rate is stated in the specific promotion terms. For example, a Rp 500.000 bonus carries a wagering requirement of Rp 15.000.000.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slot games contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement; live casino games contribute 10%; sports bets contribute 100% at minimum odds of 1.50; togel (numbers lottery) contributes 80%. Games not listed contribute 0%.
• A maximum bet of Rp 50.000 per round or bet applies while a bonus wagering requirement is active. Bets exceeding this limit will be voided, and any winnings from such bets will be confiscated.
• All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings not wagered within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the Account without compensation.
• koi200 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and carry no monetary value outside of the wagering context for which they are issued.

7. Game Rules & Player Conduct

All games offered on the koi200 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In addition to game-specific rules, the following general conduct standards apply to all Players at all times:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and verified for fairness. koi200 does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.
• Players must not employ any software, automated tool, bot, script, or artificial intelligence system to gain an unfair advantage in any game. Detection of automated play will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Funds.
• Collusion between Players, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, chip-dumping in poker-style games, or any coordinated strategy designed to defraud the Platform or other Players is strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraud.
• In the event of a technical fault, game malfunction, or system error that affects the outcome of a game round, koi200 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the bet amount. No claim for winnings arising from a malfunctioning game will be honored.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent statistical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. No game is "due" to pay out based on prior results — each round is independent.
• Sports betting markets, odds, and bet acceptance are subject to the Company's discretion. koi200 reserves the right to restrict, limit, or refuse bets from any Account, including those identified as belonging to professional or advantage bettors, without obligation to provide a reason.

8. Responsible Gaming

koi200 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe that online gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment for adults and should never cause financial hardship or personal distress. The following provisions outline both our obligations and your responsibilities in this regard:

• You must be at least 21 years of age to open an Account and access any gaming service. This requirement is enforced through mandatory KYC identity verification.
• You may set voluntary deposit limits, loss limits, bet limits, and session time limits through your Account settings. Requests to reduce existing limits take effect immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• You may activate a "Take a Break" self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days via your Account settings. During this period your Account will be locked and no gaming activity will be possible.
• For longer-term self-exclusion of 6 months or more, contact our customer support team directly. Long-term self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.
• Reality check notifications will remind you of your session duration and net win/loss at intervals you select (minimum 30 minutes). These reminders are strongly encouraged for all Players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content published on the koi200 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, button designs, game interfaces, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the intellectual property of koi200 or its licensed content partners and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the koi200 Platform without prior written consent from the Company.
• You must not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software, game engine, or application component used in connection with the koi200 Platform.
• The koi200 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are registered marks of the Company. Unauthorized use of these marks in any context is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by koi200 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

In summary, koi200 collects only the personal data necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, verify your identity, fulfill legal obligations, and deliver a personalized gaming experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We implement industry-standard encryption and access-control measures to protect all personal information stored on our systems.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, koi200, its parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.

• koi200 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• koi200 accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred through gaming activity. All wagering involves inherent risk, and Players are solely responsible for their own betting decisions.
• koi200 accepts no liability for delays or failures in processing arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to banking system outages, internet service disruptions, natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events.
• koi200's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

12. Suspension & Termination

koi200 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to Account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or any other policy published on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts, sharing Account credentials, or allowing a third party to use your Account.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other conduct harmful to the integrity of the Platform.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed with a bank or e-wallet provider without first exhausting koi200's internal dispute resolution process.
• Use of VPN, proxy, or IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

Upon Account termination for cause, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Real-money balances not subject to active investigation or legal hold will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 14 business days, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting customer support at any time. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours, and remaining real-money balances will be returned to the verified payment method on file.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which koi200 holds its operating license. Players accessing the Platform from within Indonesia acknowledge that online gaming is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and agree to comply with all applicable local laws.

13.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming transaction, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Contact koi200 customer support with full details of your complaint. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
• Step 2 — Escalation Review: If you are unsatisfied with the initial resolution, request escalation to our Senior Compliance team, who will conduct an independent review within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Final Decision: koi200's Senior Compliance team's written decision constitutes the Company's final position. Where the dispute involves a game outcome, the RNG audit log and game server records shall be treated as conclusive evidence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal process may be referred to independent arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in koi200's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

14. Amendments to These Terms

koi200 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — including those that affect Player rights, bonus terms, or withdrawal conditions — will be communicated to registered Players via email notice to the address on file and/or a prominent notification on the Platform at least 14 calendar days prior to the changes taking effect.

Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, or cosmetic restructuring that does not change the substance of any clause) may be implemented without advance notice and will be effective upon publication to the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact customer support to initiate Account closure before the effective date.
